Loopfront is a web-based digital platform that provides an overview of assets that can be reused, enabling companies to reduce waste, cut costs and document environmental impact. The platform works on both PC and mobile devices.

Loopfront also has an external marketplace where all companies can create an account to order surplus that Loopfront's customers sell or give away. (Currently only available for the Norwegian market)

Loopfront is used by organizations such as municipalities, counties, real estate companies, universities, contractors and other types of public and private companies.

The platform automatically suggests information about products using image recognition, such as category and title. In addition, purchase price, weight and CO2 estimates are suggested, which form the basis for the savings reports in the platform.

Loopfront can be adapted to different needs, and covers an increasing number of categories such as medical equipment and retail equipment.

Assets are easily registered in the system with information such as condition, location and availability.

Users can then search, order or plan reuse, as well as follow up on service and maintenance.

Unlike static documents, Loopfront gathers all updated information in one place and provides a real-time overview for everyone involved.

When registering items in Loopfront, information about the products is also automatically suggested using image recognition. Among other things, Loopfront suggests category and title, as well as purchase price, weight and CO2 estimate that provide the basis for the savings reports.

The platform is visual, structured and adapted for reuse, with images, status updates and guidance in the registration.

It saves time, simplifies collaboration across departments and projects, and provides an automatic overview of savings in costs, CO₂ and waste.

Internal marketplace - If your company wants an easy start with reuse, you can start by creating an internal marketplace in Loopfront. Here you can give employees access to list and order surplus furniture and fixtures across departments to reduce unnecessary purchases.

Project - If your organization has a specific project (e.g. demolition, rehabilitation or relocation project) start by surveying products with potential for reuse in Loopfront. You can use your own staff or external professionals to carry out the surveying. Give the project team access to Loopfront to plan what can be reused where.

Asset management - If you have one or more storage areas (storage rooms, basements etc...), you can start by surveying these to get an overview of what is available for reuse.

Also survey usage locations with planned changes that can make items available in the future. list currently and upcoming available items on the marketplace to make them visible to others who can reuse them.

Yes, you can. You can set up different roles and access so that employees only see and manage what is relevant to them.

You own your own data. All data is stored and processed in the EU/EEA in line with GDPR, applicable regulations and agreements. The platform has been developed with a focus on data security and access management.
