Questions about items you have ordered?
Is your organization already using Loopfront and do you have questions about something you ordered, such as pickup/delivery times, etc.?
Contact the seller directly by clicking the "messages" button next to your order and send a message to the seller. You will be notified when the seller has responded to your question.
If you do not receive a response from the seller, you will also find their contact information on the marketplace listing page:
Questions about a listing on the marketplace?
Is your organization already using Loopfront and do you have a question about a listing on the marketplace that you are considering ordering?
On the listing page, you can click the "question" button to ask a question about the listing. You will be notified when the seller has answered your question. Here you will also see the contact information of the person who posted the listing.
Find what you need or get rid of excess?
Do you have questions about accessing Loopfront, where you can see what is available for ordering or where you can deliver surplus items?
Does your organization already use Loopfront? Contact your immediate manager to see if they can invite you, or if you can log in directly with your work email.
Are you going to collaborate with a company that already uses Loopfront? Ask your contact person at the company about who you should contact, or whether you should get access to their Loopfront system.
